1, when used, should be kept clean fluid to be measured, excluding fibers and particles and other impurities.
2, the sensor at the start of use, the sensor should first slowly filled with fluid, and then open the outlet valve, the sensor is prohibited by the impact of high velocity fluid when no liquid state.
3, when the sensor is not in use, clean the inside of the liquid, and at both ends of the sensor plus the protective cover to prevent dust entering, and then placed in dry place.
4, the sensor transmission cable can be laid overhead or underground (buried should be put on iron pipe)
5, when equipped with filters should be cleaned regularly, when not in use, should be cleaned the liquid inside, like sensors, plus dust cover, placed in dry place.
6, sensor maintenance cycle is generally six months. When servicing the cleaning, take care not to damage the measurement chamber parts, especially the impeller. Take care of the positional relationship between the guide and the impeller assembly.
7, before the sensor is installed, the first and display instrument or oscilloscope connected connection, through the power supply, with mouth-blown or hand dial impeller to rotate quickly to observe whether the display, while the display is to install sensors. If there is no display, you should check about each part of troubleshooting.
