How to use the fast temperature measuring thermocouple:
1. According to the measurement object and range, select different types of thermocouples, protective paper tubes of appropriate length, and suitable temperature measurement guns.
2. Put the fast thermocouple on the temperature measuring rod and insert it tightly, so that the secondary instrument pointer (or digital display) returns to zero. At this time, it indicates that the contact is good and the measurement can be performed.
3. It is advisable to insert the fast thermocouple into the high-temperature molten metal at a depth of about 100mm. Do not measure the furnace wall or slag during the measurement, so that it is fast, stable, and accurate. When the secondary meter obtains the result, you should immediately raise the gun. The thermocouple must not be immersed in hot metal for more than 5 seconds, otherwise it will burn easily.
4. After the temperature measuring gun is lifted out of the high-temperature molten metal, remove the used thermocouple and install a new one, pause for a few minutes, and prepare for the next measurement. Do not connect and disconnect, otherwise it will cause inaccurate measurement and easily damage the temperature measuring gun.
Transport and storage of rapid temperature thermocouples:
The fast temperature measuring thermocouple should be handled carefully during loading and unloading. During transportation, it must not be wet. The product should be stored at a relative temperature of not more than 80%. In the warehouse.
