1.The measurement results are unstable
The instability of the measurement results is a more common problem with the instrument, mainly due to the following factors:
(1) If the reagents in the reagent cup are not used up, add them inside. Long time will cause floc, which will cause inaccurate sample addition and affect the results. At this time, take out the reagent cup and pour out the remaining liquid. Use a fine-bristled brush to remove the adherent material inside. Rinse with distilled water and dry.
(2) There are fibrin filaments, foam, or other filaments connected between the sampling needle and the probe, causing the probe to communicate with the two ends of the sampling needle before entering the sample, and can be wiped off with gauze. At the same time, check whether there are any insoluble matter such as fiber filaments and air bubbles in the sample. In addition, before shutting down at the end of each working day, be sure to clean the probes and pipes with cleaning fluid.
(3) Cross contamination between the cuvettes. The reaction cup was not effectively cleaned during the cycle, causing cross-contamination. At this time, check whether the suction nozzle is clogged, whether there is dirt on the stirring rod, whether the inner cavity of the needle and the appearance of the needle are clean.
(4) The sample addition is not accurate, causing the measurement results to fluctuate. At this time, you should check whether the sampler is leaking? You can judge by the direction and route of the sampler's movement and observing whether there are bubbles or leaking liquid. . If so, turn off the power switch, then remove the upper cover of the needle arm, pull out the lead wire of the liquid level sensor, loosen and remove the probe, pass through the probe with stainless steel wire to clean it, and then confirm the needle tip The position of the liquid level sensor and the bottom of the syringe is leaking? If yes, it is mainly because the gasket is worn. At this time, you can use the accessory handle to loosen the adjusting screw and take it out together with the piston rod, etc., and replace it with a new seal.
2. If the water supply system is blocked, the system will automatically stop running.
(1) The water level of the water tank is lower than the water level of the aqueduct, which may cause the water supply to be inadequate or insufficient. At this time, loosen the screw buckle at the end of the aqueduct, pull out the aqueduct to drain upwards, drain air into the water tank, and then connect it to the aqueduct system.
(2) The filter cap is blocked or incompletely blocked by the deposited scale, resulting in inability to supply water or insufficient supply of water. At this time, close the water plug of the water supply tank, unplug the connection between the water supply tank and the water pipe, take out the water supply tank, remove the water supply cover and pour out the water, pull out the filter, remove the water supply filter and clean it with water and reinstall it.
3.Necessity of photometer inspection
If the photometric print check value exceeds 19000 at the 340nm output range, it may be:
(1) The light source lamp is aging.
(2) The position of the light source lamp is off the optical axis, and the light entering the cuvette is refracted or used for more than 750h.
Both of the above reasons can cause insufficient light sources and cause unstable wavelengths.
